決済できない場合, If you can’t pay with your card.

決済が出来ない場合は、以下の点をご確認ください。

• カード番号、セキュリティコード、有効期限を半角数字で再度ご入力ください
• ご利用いただけるカードブランドはVISA・MasterCard・AMEX,JCB,ダイナース,ディスカバーです。
  お手元のカードブランドをご確認ください
• iOS, Androidを最新版にアップデートしてください
• Internet Explorer以外のブラウザでお試しください (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safariなど)
• 決済フォームを複数タブで開いている場合は閉じてください
• ブラウザのJavaScriptやCookieがオフになっていないかをご確認ください
• 広告ブロッカーやそれに類する拡張機能を導入している場合、決済フォームが正しく表示されない場合があります。一時的に機能をオフにするなどしてご対応ください。
• 大学や企業のネットワークによってはセキュリティの都合、決済ができない場合がございます。
  別ネットワークでお試しください。
• ご利用のカード会社にお問合せください。

決済完了メールが届かない場合は、以下の点をご確認ください。

• 迷惑メールフォルダに決済完了メールが届いてる可能性がございます。一度、ご確認ください
• 決済時に、メールアドレスを間違って登録した可能性があります。その場合、決済完了したかイベント主催者にお問合せください

Please follow these steps if you can’t pay with your card.

• Please input card No., CVC and expiration date correctly.
• Available brands are VISA, MasterCard and American Express.Please check your card’s brand.
• Please update your iOS or Android device.
• Please try without Internet Explorer. (ex. Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Please close tabs if you open multiple tabs for form.
• Please check your browser settings JavaScript and Cookie are enabled surely.
• Please turn off your Ad blocker. The payment form may not be displayed correctly if an Ad blocker or similar extension is installed.
• You can’t pay sometimes in case of you are in a network in university or company. that is security reason.Please try in other network.
• Please contact your card issuer.

Please follow these steps if you can’t receive a completion mail.

• Please check spam folder in your mailbox.
• Please contact the organizer if you may input wrong email address.
